MAYAVEE ACADEMY offers self-growth coaching and courses via our websites and messaging platforms.

2. Eligibility & User Conduct

• You must be 18 or older.
• Provide accurate information on signup and messaging.
• Comply with Facebook Ads Policies and WhatsApp Business API rules.
• Obtain proper user consent before sending WhatsApp messages.

3. Facebook & WhatsApp Compliance

• We provide a privacy policy URL for Facebook and WhatsApp registration.
• Ad content is governed by Meta’s Advertising Policies; we are not liable for rejections.
• WhatsApp messaging must follow template/message rules and user-initiated conversation guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and course resources are owned by us or licensed. You may not reuse them without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to INR 10,000 per incident, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations or misuse of services.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru.
