3 Simple things you can do to UnStress at the end of the day and have a peaceful sleep ..


It is so important to have a good night’s sleep. Parents need all their energy to manage their routine and help in the Kids’ activities.

Children will focus and concentrate better in their studies, when they have had a good sleep.

Sleep influences Your Health and Wellness.


Here are 3 simple tips, to get pleasant and restful sleep.


1. Make to do list with pen and paper

When you are about to go to bed, if the thoughts about tasks to be accomplished tomorrow bothers you, you should take it off your mind by penning down them.

After doing that tell yourself that these tasks will be done only tomorrow and now i am going to bed.


2. Take a warm bath

As you take a warm bath, have a thought that I am Letting go all the pressures of the day.

This will become like a night time ritual which signals to your body and mind, that it is now time to go to sleep.


3. Do body relaxation meditation

The last thing you need to do, is as you lie down on the bed, relax your body part by part. When your body is relaxed sleep naturally comes.
