These are the simple and effective tips for finding your peace and instantly get into great mood.
What can you do in 2 mins?
1. Have a Piece of dark chocolate
2. Deep Breathing
3. Watch a scene in Nature(even virtual pics are okay)
4. Chanting your favourite Mantra(OM Chanting is very calming)
5. Remember a Happy Memory
What you can do in 10 mins?
1. Practice Mindfulness
2. Declutter your work desk
3. Listen to your favourite music
4. Play with your Children . Be like a Child with the children.
5. Watch funny cartoons or comedy shows
What you can do in 20 mins?
1. Talk to a Close Friend/Mentor
2 Go for a walk
3. Have Comfort food like warm soup or porridge
4. Writing 10 sentences starting with “I am Thankful For….”
(Count your Blessings)
5. Writing in your Journal
What you can do in 30 mins?
1. Power Nap
2. Cook your favourite dish and eat
3. Happy family time
(ex., Go for Icecream treat with children)
4. Indulge in your favourite hobby.
read a book, bake a cake, painting, play an instrument etc.
